Flowzig ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data when you use the Flowzig platform at flowzig.com, including managed n8n workspaces and OpenClaw instances.
2. Data We Collect
- Account data: Email address, name (optional), and encrypted password when you register.
- OAuth data: If you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive your email address and public profile name from that provider. We do not receive or store your OAuth passwords.
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and approximate location (country level) via analytics. We use Google Analytics for this purpose.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically by our servers and analytics tools.
- Instance data: The workflows, credentials, configurations, prompts, chat history, agent settings, and other data you create inside your n8n or OpenClaw instance. This data is stored on our servers and remains yours.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To create and manage your account and instances.
- To send transactional emails (email verification, password reset, and instance notifications).
- To improve the platform through aggregated, anonymized usage analytics.
- To respond to support requests.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on servers in the European Union. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), and encrypted workspace credentials. Access to production data is strictly limited and audited.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services which may process your data:
- Google Analytics: Website usage analytics (anonymized). You can opt out via browser extensions.
- Brevo (Sendinblue): Transactional email delivery.
- Cloudflare: DNS and network infrastructure.
- Google / GitHub: Optional OAuth authentication.
6. Cookies
We use a single authentication cookie (access_token) which is strictly necessary for you to remain logged in. We also use Google Analytics cookies for anonymous usage measurement. No advertising or tracking cookies are set.
7. Your Rights
Under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR where applicable), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Data portability (export your workspace data).

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we permanently delete your personal data and instance data within 30 days. Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

Flowzig is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16 years of age.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by a notice on our website. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
