1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Flowzig platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Flowzig reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Flowzig provides a managed platform that allows users to create, manage, and access private n8n automation workspaces and OpenClaw AI assistant instances via isolated Docker containers. Each instance is accessible at a unique subdomain provisioned by Flowzig.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without authorization.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in illegal activities or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Send spam, unsolicited emails, or bulk messages.
• Mine cryptocurrency or perform computationally intensive operations unrelated to legitimate automation or assistant usage.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' instances or Flowzig's infrastructure.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
• Resell access to your instance without prior written consent from Flowzig.

5. Intellectual Property

The Flowzig platform, including its design, software, and branding, is the intellectual property of Flowzig. Your instance content — including workflows, credentials, prompts, configurations, chat data, and other data you create — remains entirely yours. By using the Service, you grant Flowzig a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the Service.

6. Availability and Uptime

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime or service interruptions.

7. Free Plan

The free plan is provided as-is and may be modified or discontinued at any time. We reserve the right to impose usage limits on free accounts to ensure fair access for all users. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes to the free plan.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. Flowzig reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice for serious violations. Upon termination, your instance data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowzig shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
